How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You have the right to cancel order. You can talk our customer support team with giving reason why you cancel an order. If you cancel order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How Do I Track My Order?

Open the email account you used to place your order. Search for a shipping confirmation email from the Google Store. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number. Click Tracking.

How Can I Return a Product?

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please fill in the online Return Form. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
