11. You can check your order status at any time by simply login to your account.

You have the option to cancel your order. You can contact our customer service staff if you have a valid reason for cancelling an order. After further inspection, if the cause appears to be valid to us, we will refund your entire payment, including the cost of shipping.

If you’d like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience. Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn’t require you to create an account!

Open the email account you used to place your order. Search for a shipping confirmation email in your mailbox. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number.

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please fill in the online Return Form. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
