How does the delivery process work?

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your, provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by The delivery timeframe is merely an estimate, so please count the days as working days. It may change based on the situation. Force majeure events such as political unrest, political events, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics, etc. may cause delivery delays, as well as supplier and logistic partner delays.

Exceptional Delivery:

These items can take more days to reach you, because some exceptional items imported from outside Bangladesh.

Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays / public holidays.


It is requested to the respected customers to refrain from buying excessive goods by being panicked. We are unable to entertain any bulk quantity during COVID-19.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Inside Dhaka: 48 Hours

Outside Dhaka: 100-120 Hours

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: 60tk

Outside Dhaka: 120tk

However, the delivery might be delayed based on the environmental, political, transportation or any other unavoidable issues which will be notified by our customer care team.

Right to Cancel Order:

  • You have the right to cancel order you can talk customer support team with giving reason.
  • If you cancel order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery.


If your products arrives broken, inaccurate, or incomplete, please fill out the online Return Form. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.  Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item:

  • Delivery of a damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective product.
  • Delivery of a product that is incorrect (presenting different on website)/incomplete.
  • You no longer need the thing, or you changed your mind about buying it, or you dislike it after opening the package.


Conditions for Returns

  • This item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and free of faults.
  • The Product must include the original tags, user manual, and accessories.
  • Return the product in its original unopened packaging/box. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with the return shipping label attached. Make a phone call to the business as soon as you get the item.
If the product return to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve that right to send it back to you.
